Level 27 Insight Charger |

Im going to make one as soon as I get my Insight Partizan (non eth) off of ladder. So heres the build I will use:
This character is built in compliance of LLD101 regulations and rules. It is normal rushed (not past act 5 normal), with Den of Evil, Radament, The Golden Bird, Lam Esen's Tome, Izual, Siege on Harrogath, and Anya quests completed.
Items
Helm: Artisans Death mask of xxx
High defense, 3 sockets, and extra stuff. Fill this with up with 24 max jewels.
Amulet: Angelic Wings
This, along with two Angelic Halos as your rings will increase your attack rating dramatically, thus, you hit more.
Weapon: Insight Partizan
With Meditation you will be able to charge forever. AIm for one with high enhanced damage along with 15+ Meditation and 5 or 6 Critical Strike.
Armor: artisan's armor (preferably mage plate) of the squid
Fill this up with 24 max jewels again. Around 80 extra life.
Shield: None. Your weapon is 2-handed.
Gloves: Bloodfist
Basicaly for the life and fhr only.
Rings: 2x Angelic Halo
Once again, along with the amulet, they'll offer alot of attack rating. The rings alone also add a total of +40 life and +10 replenish life, which will be somewhat helpful.
Belt: A rare with Life and at least 8 FHR.
Boots: Sanders
40% faster run/walk, and a great bonus of 10 dexterity, 5 Strength and +100 AR, what more could you ask for?.
Inventory:
For the rich:
40x Fine Small Charms of Substenance
For the poor:
10 Max dmg GCs, +5 Strength LC's, and plain 15 lifers will do.
With leveling and quests there will be 135 stats to be used.
Strength: 113 (+93 hard points)
Dexterity: 67 (+27)
Vitality: (+Everything else)
Energy: 15 (+0)
Skills:
Combat Skills
1 Smite
16 Charge
Offensive Auras
13 Might
Hit recovery
FHR - Frames
0% fhr - 9 frames
7% fhr - 8 frames
15% fhr - 7 frames
27% fhr - 6 frames
48% fhr - 5 frames
86% fhr - 4 frames
200% fhr - 3 frames
With 8% on your belt, you will hit 5 frames at 48 FHR.
Attack speed
Attack Speed really doesnt matter, so nothing needs explained here.
Comments/Critique please. This will probaly be a very common build soon, so lets perfect it.

i suggest going with an artisan's armor (preferably mage plate) of the squid - 3 sockets and up to 80 life, worth losing the 4th jewel in my opinion.

Duhr. That would add a little life and I shouldnt put too big of a dent in the damage.

the boots should be sanders instead of cow king, you don't need a lot of dex anyways since you have no shield for blocking, just te amount for your items, and sanders adds 10 dex, 100 ar, 5 str. which adds a lot more AR than 20 dex, and it has more frw. if you can afford these 24 max lvl 27 jewels, then you should be able to afford to really upgrade your charms. (max/ar/life sc, max/ar/fhr gc) and the helm, if you're going to use 3 24's in a helm try not to make it a normal helm, or even superior, get an Artistan's death mask of xxx (balance, the wolf, the sun)

im not sure on damage, but your post has the dex/str mixed up on sander boot, its 10 dex 5 str

it sounds like a upped bsnap charger w/ more mana and less dmg. i dunno about the dmg but if its acceptable w/o the max it would be better to use life gear. w/o a shield youll be getting hit quite a bit and you need life to soak up the dmg incase you need to hit them a few times.

but the insight has critical strike.. if u have 47% critical then that 47% more FINAL dmg
also upped Bsnap is lvl 30
a partizan maybe about 15-20% weaker base.. but then add the critical strike (and HUGE ar boost) and its is only 27
...very very nice.
with the meditation at maybe 675% and about 200 mana... u can pretty much charge around like a chicken with no head without ever really loosing mana.

would the max then be better then life gear?

as u add +dmg it gets further boosted by charge + aura and then boosting again lastly by a critical hit
i would guess if your charger is closing into the 7k max range (after critical).. time to start adding more life then dmg.. hitting 7k is nearly redudant against llds as most dont have over 1000 life. its a give and take.. some of u might love the idea of a 9k final hit... others might say a 6k with extra 200 life is better.

i like the more life but thats coming from an hc perspective - you can always hit them twice but you can only die once and losing an ear is not the end of the world if its not your own O.o

lol. That sucks. Hel it and reroll it. I like the 6 Crit on mine a lot. Plus good ED/AR/ and good lvl Medi.
EDIT: I just used a calculator, and with no charms or other max damage, ill hit over 2.7k (My charge and Might will be +1105% dmg) so Each +1 Dmg will add another 110.5. With 3 24 max in my helm and armor each, thats 144 Max damage, adding a total of about 1440 damage, a total of over 4k! Then for most damage possible, 10 10 Max damage GCs would add 10k. (I must be incorrect, because thats crazy) plus 30 from sc's is 3k. 17k total? Where did i go wrong, because thats crazy! if im right, that can actually hit 34k with Critical Strike. rofl.
