anyone know if ias changes the rate of throwing? if so what are the bps?

also does double throw / mastery work with potions?

Not sure about either of those, but does anyone know if Assassins can hold two Throwing Potions at once as well?

My guess is they're base 0 speed throwing items, so use a base 0 item speed chart (a pilum would work for this)

Double throw does work, but mastery does not, since the damage is elemental.

Also, assassins can't dual weild throwing potions. They can only dual weild claws.
