He's my only character that's even close to being finished, in fact the only areas I feel I need to improve is to get a nice 1/3 shield (and get perfect damage for my level ) and, of course, better charms, as I've relegated most of my lesser ones to him. The first question anyone would ask is why, of course, but tell me you wouldn't make a level 23 Necromancer with that circlet and amulet! He does quite well in my experience with him, he can kill most mediocre level 30's he encounters and Necromancer versus Necromancer duels are a blast even if I'm terminally disadvantaged . The biggest issue on him is my life replenish, though I can supplement with a 10 life replenish scepter on switch, I still can't seem to overcome Peasant Crown. I find that he's most useful for tricking people, shaming poorly built or poorly skilled level 30's and taking out any other odd-level duelers around. I know I've gotten more than a few level 30's frustrated and I've seen some of the more desperate Necromancers using prison to try and take me down, and even if I lose at that point I feel I've accomplished something. Above all he's fun, perhaps my third favorite low dueler I've made, and I've found myself pretty much uncontested in that sparse 20-28 category. Suffice to say, this is the other of the two LLD's I'm genuinely satisfied with. Critique away!

Thanks guys! Here's a more detailed count of my charms:

3x 15 lifers
13x 14 lifers
13x 13 lifers

2x 11 lifers
2x 9 lifers

So nothing as bad as an 8 anymore . Either way, it's the cost of keeping all of my duelers fully geared, most of them are doomed to mediocrity especially in the area of charms. And for anyone interested in knowing what the jewels are in the wand:

10 Fire Resist, 10 Cold Resist, 10 Lightning Resist, 16 Poison Resist, 10 Attacking Rating
19 Fire Resist, 10 Cold Resist, 10 Lightning Resist, 10 Poison Resist, 4 Dexterity, 11 Defense

Ideally I'd want to get plain 10 All Resist jewels (because it's much less messy-looking) with stats, 6 dexterity or 4 strength and something else sexy like mana or damage to mana.
