I was working on a lvl 12 zealot for a long time last ladder.My goaL is to get it good enough to kill bad lvl 18 zealots.I want to know whats the highest max damage for a lvl 12 i was useing a couple 14 maxers but they are lvl 9 req.Im just wondering if there are special lvl 12 jewlels

only rares, the highest max dmg u can get for a jwl below lvl 18 is 14 max

It is mostly correct, I think. Don't forget that for most mods, the level requirement is 0.75 times the level of the highest mod on the jewel.

I skimmed the list, and the only useful mod that I saw that a level twelve could get that a level nine could not is cold damage on a jewel.
