Ok my first try at a lld zeal pally, or possibly switching to charger if convinced so by you guys.

Here's the idea so far:

Helm: sup Crown - 3 15maxer
Armor - Twitch 1 15 maxer
Weapon - War Sceptor +3 Zeal (Does it need other mods?) 5 - 15maxer
Shield - 4 soc pally with 100+AR 55%ed+ 4 15 maxer
Jewelery - Angelics
Belt - Deaths
Gloves- Bloodfists
Boots - Cow King

So does this set up work alright with a zealer? I don't have a lot of currency to trade for the more expensive gear but I am a persistant cower, so I've been having some luck find gear there. I also already have a war sceptor with +3 charge on it, if it would be better to go that way. Anyways all feedback is appreciated.

Switch out the blood fist for death gloves. It is the same setup that most level 18 Pallies use. You will do just fine with that setup.

If you want more damage, go with a + conc scepter. It gives you another point to put into sac, as well as 15% more ed over might.

Ok so perhaps I had my skill choices a bit confused. Would a normal lld zealer only have up to lvl 4 in zeal to get the 5 hits then dump into Sacrifice for the dmg? In this case then do I only worry about an aura that I get off of the weapon such as the +3 conc aura krajee mentioned and not put any points into one such as might or down the tree to conc?

yeah +3 conc>+3 zeal

+3 zeal=36% ed (with points saved)

+3 conc=75% ed

you get around 2k ar thats good enough for lvl 18s
also most lvl 18s only get the bare minimum in zeal so youll still have the ar bonus since youre getting lvl 4 zeal anyway

even with the extra points spent in zeal you still come out on top with conc

So the normal Zeal setup would then be 4 pts into zeal, and the rest into sacrifice, using only the concentration aura off of the weapon? I guess I was more worried about find all my gear that I didn;t consider all of the skill pt options.

after you have all your gear (jeweled too) and your charms on, youll want to adjust the number of zeal points you have, to get a decent amount of ar.

decent amount of ar = 4.5k - 5k.

yeah in the process of aquiring the gear, taking a bit longer than I hoped. I found a +3conc scepter off ormus then realized that buying off him would only give me 3 socs instead of the 5 Crying or Very sad

Could roughly the same setup be used for a lvl 18 chargidin? Using might and charge instead of scrifice and zeal? Or do you find the lvl 18 zealot much more effective?
