 Why Etheral Items for Honor? |

Why do I always see people asking for Etheral Knouts and Nagas for Honor? It has no built-in repair mod like Exile - what gives?

People tend to put the extra points into using the normal non eth items even if they do have eth ones. Who wants to use an hard to come by eth honor naga vs people like sorcerdon or kids like that? Use a regular one.

Well, I was well aware of the lower requirements and the extra damage bonuses, but why the hell would you go through all that trouble of finding the etheral item only to break it?

you can easily shift the duel with an extra 400 damage from an eth

for me, looks is a small part of it. As well, on my 29 zealer, I get more damage with an eth divine than with a non eth divine with +1 conc

Besides the damage, and the lower requirements, it's just FUN to beat someone down with an eth weapon.. and then have them ask you if you were using botd?

No need to be rude; I was only saying that despite what you guys said about extra damage and lower requirements, going through all the work and currency to find an etheral item with the right runes seems wasteful when it is just going to break anyway.

BUT YOU GET 400 EXTRA DAMAGE.
As long as you use it sparingly its MORE than worth it.

well as spazz was screamin 4 his last 3 post 400dmg is well worth it,and runes are easy to come by,and havin somethin like eth naga 4 important duels or tourneys is great thing.
it be different story if u would ask if sum1 found eth war scepter and used godly jewls,well then it be no point cause it will break,but when honor runes are easy to get why da hell not?
