omg.. im a lil outraged! Evil or Very Mad

shrek and shrek 2 are produced by a company called Dream workswith the help of PDI (pacific data imagies). you might know PDI other stuff .. seeing as how they did that hilarious halloween simpson episode that was all 3D! (homer 3d)

anyway.. i hope u guys realize Disney is quite in quite a bit of trouble lately..(Eisner is stepping down soon,, but not soon enough in everyone opinion) they got rid of their classical (hand drawn) division!!! and are trying to campitilize on the succes Pixar have brought them (3d trend) .. they will likly make toy story 3 and the incredibles 2 (bc after "cars" pixars contract with them is finally over!!! woot!) and they will bite semi-hard bc disney half blows and sucks at that same time. the problem is managment.. tey dont seem to care about what they produce as long as it can turn profit.

The incredibles (and most pixar moveis/shorts) kick so much ass bc John lasseter (actually the whole pixar team) are a bunch of hard working genious types who care more about story and also now have a a guy named Brad bird over there now. Brad bird if u dont know him was the guy behind the movie Iron giant and was a creative consultant for a while on simpsons. hes brilliant!

and thus my animation lecture ends..

id love to get the old disney afternoon on dvd.. i WANT DUCKTALES!!!! but u guys are talking movies i guess.

I saw brad birds name somewhere during incredibles, it was either right afterward in the credits or for the "bounder" short in the beginning
