No because etheral = 50% enhanced base damage.

And then multiplied by % ED.

Also it would be impossible to get 10 ias on a lvl 9 socketed sword

But since it has a base speed of +10, the 10% IAS kinda cancels it out I think.

the ias doesn't cancel it out...it makes no never mind...but we got what u meant...
