I've been wondering lately if a Holy Freeze (lvl30?) Zealadin would be a viable build. Would the Holy Freeze be completely Pointless?
I'll probably try this build soon, regardless of what you folks tell me...but I'd like to hear some input on this...would this build only be good for Pubby Pk's..or could it hold it's own in tournies?

are u going to use a -35% wizendraw? +max dmg? or +min dmg?

he could probably hold his own, if made correctly. unfortunately he wouldnt be allowed to compete in any LLD101 tournements. not that we ever have any though.

slow is banned too . its banned because there are no items that can counter it, and therefore it gives the person an unfair advantage. look at our rule set for other skills/items banned.

If slow wasn't so bad now, it might be mildly entertaining to make a holy freeze paladin with maximum slow gear. Imagine the utter chaos of being slowed to a crawl AND frozen. On a decently made high level paladin (smiter) this would be a perfect anti-melee. Or am I just dreaming ?

I say the hf plus unbelievable amout of slow + making your pally a charger would make him a pub pker definitely..once u hit them they cant get away..its gonna funny 2 hear em bitch then u just charge charge owned..u'll probally be able 2 own high lvls and your own lvls, would that be an ideal build, skill wise? Thank you.

necromancers recipe for slow ass Mutha-----s
add 1 Holy freeze merc,
a pinch of clay golem,
clegs gloves and genereal flail
dash of decrepify
have a feeling their are speed caps
so even total,,,,, something like they can always move 1 yard a sec.. or have an attack of -75% ias at least

i think im gonna make a refrigerator pally about lvl 70-75 possibly higher or maybe like mid lvl im not sure yet
it will be to deal with the very nice people that bring in people to kill my llds and i dont feel like just killing them with my hammerdin. i will make it so cold for em that the shrinkage would be unimaginable.(  ) i might make it low lvl, iono anyone know what lvl would be effective but still cheap?

I actually saw a high level freezadin the other day. His holy freeze aura by itself was killing necroes and sorcs 2-3 hits. His charge was freaking amazing. 2 hits to kill a necro and his charge was level 1.

ya know, if it were going to be higher lvl a necro could be made better if he used doom....the -enemy cold resist is MAJOR and the holy freeze would be good. i was trying to figure out if it would be worth it for the -res to make a pally with doom, but it might just be better to go for charge damage. then the necro could have clay golem, decrep, and maybe a spell (i dont know necro synergies well)
