whats the highest enhanced dmg u can roll on a weapon and get lvl 30 req or less. Also, anyone know what lvl u have to b to imbue something and have a chance of rolling it? thanks

Sokkerman, I've been researching the uber-godliest-destructive rare for my ladder 29. Ed%-wise, the highest TOTAL you can have is 165%, from the Merciless mod which is 81-100% combined with the Knight's prefix, which is 51-65%, I want to say? I'm only certain on the max ed on Knight's.

If I am incorrect on this, someone PLEASE correct me.

165 % ed is the max possible at clvl 30.

What lvl you need to imbue at all depends on the type of item.
