Detailed desynch mechanics?
The mechanism behind item-based FRW desynch is well known. It can thus be optimized: you can calculate what % desynch occurs between the client and the server, and maximize that number by adjusting your setup.

That's pretty simple to understand and exploit, but what about charge/vigor/whirlwind/other skill-based FRW? Where does the desynch occur? How can it be increased/stopped?
Does it occur because of others not seeing the right skill levels? Or the server calculating speed wrong? Or just because you're 'going too fast'?
