ive been trying to find out what are the breakin points for certain lvls but every lvl seems to have diff breaking point i would think...does anyone here knows a helpful site that lists the bp of characters from lvl1-99?

scroll down to Build assistance and click "lld and vlld guides information and calcs"

click on the 4th link "Tables, calcs, and random information"

3rd link down "A lot of character information (fhr/fcr/fbr/ias tables among others) here."

click on "here" to go to http://www.pvpwest.com/

^ look on the left hand side for the class your looking for then click on that char. a bunch of tables will come up with the fhr fcr ias bps and stuff.
