Ok, I want to make a good zealer that can kill melee opponents (not counting ww) such as fury druids and what have you, and then in his stash I want to know what I should use for Zeal vs Zeal duels, so I can counter it. All GM of course which means no tap (so dont say exile).

Here was what I was thinking:

For non zeal duels:

Helm: Coa (ber ber)
Armor: Eth archon fort
Shield: Eth Hoz
Boots: Gore
Ammy/Rings: 1x angelic ring/ammy and 1x raven
Gloves: Those uniq ogre gauntlets (forget name)
Belt: Dungos
Weapon: Having trouble with this, should it be grief zerker or Ebotd zerker or C: none of the above

For ZvZ duels:

Helm: Guilliams
Armor: Eth Shaft up'd
Shield: Eth hoz
Ammy/Rings: Same
Boots: Gore
Belt: Dungo
Gloves: Ogre gauntlets
Weapon: Again, having trouble. I was thinking maybe A Edeath cleaver w/lo that way I hit the 95 ds cap.

For skills I need some help to. Please give your opinions on this. I would prefer more experienced HLD zealots to give me input. Remember its GM so dont go saying vamps/exile or any tap/curse item.

There is no ds cap.

I'd personally go 2x Ravens and Highlords.

you'll actually do better using the guillames vs the fury druids and conc barbs since they have a lot more life than zealots do and the cb will be more effective

for zeal v zeal and zeal v conc i'd say try to find an eth/rep 250+ ed fools mod'd weapon (gl with that) and use highlords + ravens. ds and ar are your two main goals. the edc is not a bad choice for all around because of the mass ds and -enemy def mod on it

? I read on arreats that ds had a cap at 95%, which basically is 100 except that extremely unlucky shot .

I do have the axe you describe, 280 ed/fools/eth rep with 2x 15/40 jewels.

And actually if I use that axe, I can use the highlords/raven combo grim was saying, so 15+15+33 is 63 deadly strike, which is still nice. Im going to have to look at the paladin ias break points.

I would Lo/Lo or Ber/Lo the axe if you make the ias bp without any ias on the weapon
