I am planning on making a conc barb, my first lld'er. I have planned to make one for a LONG LONG LONG time.

I got this sexy rare helm with +2 combat/2 sockets, which i plan to use.

Now for the rest, I am thinking Death gloves/Belt, Whistans guard(it is lvl 29 right?), twitch, sander boots, 2 angelic rings/ammy.

I have no clue what weapon to use, I got a 14% ed Dim blade with 6 soc, would 2 shaels, 4 max dmg jwls work?

For skill i mplan going

9 conc
5 sword mast
10 bo

What should i change?

Everything.

Dimension is way too slow even if you shael it, and if you shael it it'll have low damage in the end. Honor or uber rare that barb.

The helm is lvl 30 req so I assume you're making a lvl 30 barb.

Conc adds more AR/DMG than anything else, bring that up more instead of mastery.

Twitch isn't my favorite choice for a lvl 29-30 concer, but do what you want. Vash uses one and it works fine.

Looks like you haven't done too much research. Research your fhr and IAS bp's and maybe some more help can be tossed in.

If you go with an honor or not, you will want to get your mastery up to level 8 for the 15% critical strike bonus. At that point, the crit% doesn't increase as much.
