it's greatly reduced, i think you need something higher than 30 for it to be noticeable.

Well, to put things into perspective, Lifetap grants an automatic 50% life leech so think about what 105% would do.

life tap is an oddity.. it bypasses some of the penalties, for some reason

i made a tiger strike/cobra strike assasin. she had about 120% dual leech. my assumptions based on a single test are that leech is cut to 1/6 of its amount..

wich means 60% leech is actually reduced to an effectivness of 10% during PVP (and perhaps further when in NM or hell)

.. then ofcourse there is the matter of leech working on DMG AFTER the pvp penalty... so lets see

1000 listed dmg.. with 100% leech in normal i would suspect gets you about 27 life... pretty worhtless imo,, just as blizzard intended\

i think the best way to check this is with the 100% mana leech staff n(serpent lord).. and using some min dmg build... So my 14 zealot could do it.. but i need the staff from someone (west NL ofcourse)
