Hi

Does someone know how diablo calculates the damage when it comes to %ed on a weapon? For example... Max/min damage is straight forward, just add it to the weapons base damage, but when %ed is included does the game round this up or stay at the lower number until you actually hit the number above?

I have obtained the jewels i need for a new scepter but i want it to be 100 damage on max at least. With the jewels i have it will be 11.5-99.55. Being an accountant, instinct tells me 99.55 should be rounded up to 100... but i know diablo works in strange ways sometimes. Rolling Eyes

every decimal is rounded down, as far as i know. so if you have 99.55, youll need that extra ed point(s) to push it to 100.
