your hurricane damage more or less doesn't matter at all, even if you max twister instead itll get what like 300 cold dmg, vs 75 res, you use hurricane just to make cold, not to damage, so since that is the case, the duration bonus from cyclone is actually more useful than the damage bonus from twister, and it will be much more useful vs sorc that way too, and trapper for that matter

Update on my Druid. I Went with what the first guys said about maxing cyclone armor instead of twister. I Think I am glad i did atm. Ive been saved many a time when fighting higher sorcs and light trappers and the such, the like lvl 40,50,60,70 kinds. Hurricane hasnt done a whole lotta dmg, but it does help dotn get me wrong, mainly as a chiller atm to slow them, but like i said, i didnt max twister so i havent tested how good it would do with max twister, or more pts in twister. I Did get a Lore'd +3Tornado helm and my tornado dmg is up to 609-666. Ive beaten quite a few lvl 60's, andeven a few 70's and even 1 lvl 80 enigma Winddruid, who i just happened to do a good job of dodging tornados and he might have taken me too easily and was careless lol. I Havent tried this char against too many real lld's so there still alot to left seen

This character is a whole lotta fun and really kills well. Its always a joy to beat a lvl 34 a few times and he gets mad and goes and gets his lvl 60 or 70and i own him too. Of Course, then the yells of "God Mode" user and hacker are rained down

Atleast half of the higher lvls i beat were beat b/c i had maxed blocking and blocked msto of there shots before tthey could land a good one, they were dead. So just in case any of you have doubts about max blocking, which i did before now, i encourage it fully now lol.

Disclaimer: Not sure how many of the hgiher lvls i beat were pure duelers or not, but i knew a few of them were by what they wore and used. So im not saying this char rapes all duelers or all high lvls lol Hell, maybe ive jsut been getting lucky and not ran across any REALLY good chars

if you can win a duel with 300 dmg hurricane, than you can win it without the hurricane at all, or, with your 200 dmg hruricane + way mroe cyclone armor.

Well atm, and im on ladder, i have a +3 Tornado and its Lore'd also for another +1 skills. I However, would lvoe to find a +3 tornado/+2 eleskills 2os helmet or lore'd

uhh hey temp what u mean by 2 os or lored u know ele skill items on helms can only appear on rares or uniques and u cant lore rares.. or uniques..

but yea id defenitly shoot for 2 ele skills 3 tornado.. 2 os then ether p rubie it or p saphire it.

A long time ago, I thought of this wacky idea...why not fight people at a low level? I thought that plan ingenious. Little did I know that LLD was already invented...(this was 1.09)

Gear was something like this:

I did an enourmous 50ish damage, I thought I was going to own all these people...first game I enter, a level 24 conc barb enters, and kills me in 2 hits. OMFG U HAXOR NUB. Then a level 9 entered, easy prey of course. Died in 3 hits. Yeah, so I activated MH, and I saw what was wrong...I was shit, they were...err decent lol.

And an LLD legend was born...

my first lld was a level 9 asn that i copied from some guide my cousin showed me, we both made one, he used all the uniques suggested, i used all the socketed items with max dmg jewels suggested, mine beat his but since they werent optimum jewels (just plain 8-9 max) i lost to most of the other level 9 assassins
