Well im thinking for my next character, i want to make another Druid, just a different type of one. A Wind druid

Skills @ LvL 30:
1 - Oak Sage
1 - Arctic Blast
10 - Cyclone Armor
13 - Twister
7 - Tornado
1 - Hurricane
33 - Total (4 extra skills included from normal difficulty +skill quests)

Gear:
Helm - Im thinking of a +3 hurricane 2 socket Helm with "Lore" Runeword (Im not totally sure thats possible. Peasant Crown if not. (+1 Skills)
Armor - Viper Magi (32 All Res, 30 FCR, +1 Skills) [PRuby or PSaph?]
Weapon - Spectral Shard (50 mana, 50 FCR, 10 All Res) [How to Socket?]
Shield - Rhyme'd Grim Shield (25 All Res, Cant Be Frozen, Good % Blocking for max block)
Ammy - Some type of +2 elemental.
Rings - 2x SoJ (+2 Skills, 50 mana, 50% to max mana)
Belt - 15% DR Strings (maybe?)
Boots - Sanders (FRW, +Str/Dex for Reqs)
Gloves - Magefist (20 FCR)

Charms:
Mainly just life/mana, maybe some FHR's to help hit a decent breakpoint.

With this setup ill have these important qualities:
*Cant Be Frozen.
*100% FCR to break the 99%FCR Breakpoint for Human Druids.
*Enough mana to spam tornado w/o worrying about mana.
*Max Resists[+77 Res All(with anya)] w/o wasting any charm spaces on resist ones.
*+6 All Skills definatly, maybe more considering what i can get on helmet.
*15% Damage Reduced.
*Max Blocking, 75%

Base Stats @ LvL 30 with 150 Stat Points(SP) Used:
Str - 53 (38 SP's Spent Here) (Grim Shield is high Str Req at 58, Sanders boots gives 5 more for 58 total which is only + gear ill have on)
Dex - 80 (60 SP's Spent Here) (Sanders boots gives 10 more for 90 total which i think is what is needed for max block with a lvl 30 Druid with Rhyme'd Grim Shield)
Vit - 77 (52 SP's Spent Here) (All Rest)
Enrgy - 20 (0 SP's Spent Here) (Base)
(Lam Esen's Tomb +5 Skill Points are accounted for)


Stats of Main Skills at lvl 30 with +4 All Skills and +6 Elemental:
LvL 1 Oak Sage - 50% Life (Only +4 skills)
LvL 10 Cyclone Armor - Absorbs 543
LvL 7 Tornado - 477-524 (Main killer)
LvL 1 Hurricane - 187-257, 30 sec Duration

Well that pretty much covers my idea atm. Does this build have enough punch to it (dmg)? I Dont think it will have much trouble with defending against dmg with cyclone armor, max block, and high life, but not sure if it can shell out enough dmg to be effective. I Know this build should work fine in pubby games, but how about vs other llders? Any critisism is happily accepted and expected

I would say take out of twister and put into cyclone armor, you wont really be using twister for anything at all, but cyclone is useful, i dont know if you have enough points for this but i would do max cyclone, max tornado, 1 in hurricane, 1 in oak sage, the rest in some synergy

Well, the bad thing is I Cant max tornado Bel :/ I Can only get it to lvl 7 by putting one point into it from level 24 to lvl 30, since you can put saved pts into it. :/ Also yes, i was debating maxing Cyclone armor instead of making twister lvl 13, which is as high as it can go with me at lvl 30. The reason i thought putting points into twister was b/c twister, unlike cyclone armor, gives dmg to hurricane, which is rather weak at just lvl 1 with only 7 points of tornado synergies. Cyclone only gives duration sadly, and no dmg.

low level wind druids use hurricane mostly to freeze their opponent, and tornado to kill them. so getting hurricane dmg up there, shouldnt be a priority. i suggest getting the cyclone armor as well.

Well, i am putting the 7 points into Tornado that i cant, just not maxing it at 20... b/c i cant.... :/ Im just doing normal stuff, not hell rush. Im going by the LLD rules even though im mostly doing pubby.

of course they don't NEED to, but obviously if they want to make their dueler as best as possible since they are 100% certain that they will 90% of the time be dueling lvl 70+ then maybe they just want to, some people don't even make their lld to fight other lld's, they make them to fight higher levels. it's hard to kill those enigma chars without the extra damage from hell rush. Of course i don't need hell rush, but that doesn't mean i can't, i just liek to make my duelers as best as they can be.

when people say "max such-n-such a skill" they mean for your level. ie: maxing tornado for your level is putting the 7 points into it.
