I had a lvl 29 charger...

Is it 2h or 1h? If its 2h, use a partizan insight. Mine did 254 max. max out might (synergy and damage from using it) and put the rest of your points in charge. I used 4os max'd armor, 3 os max helm, strin of ears, bloodfist, sanders boots, and angelics. If you use 1h, fill ne 6os weap with 15+maxes. IAS isn't important for this build. Use a boneshield of deflecting.

Dont use a boneshield or "fill any 6os wep with 15 maxers". Use an honor divine scepter with useful skills and 4os pala shield with dmg jewels.

Ok well I found this pretty nice shield that I was thinking of using with a 6 soc crytal shield with dmg jewels. What do you think?

Its got:
30% faster block rate
20% increased chance of blocking
All res 15
req. -20%

Defense=45
lvl req.=22

Ill havent decided what to put in it yet.

Put nothing in it.

Use a 4os pala shield with ed/ar, 65/121 is the max.

And to save on jewels use an honor runeword weapon. naga/divine scepter/knout seem to be the most common and best choices.
