should i use spirit shroud on a 30 foher becuase of the cnbf or forgo the frozen to get better bonuses from vipermagi

there r other can not be frozen items out there.
if u dont need 35 resit all (eqiv to total 140 resit)
and magic reduc and want replenish, dont want to replace your shield or belt.. then go ahead with dusk shround. u can always use charge if u wanna run i believe. being cold thou.

being frozen doesnt effect your FCR, just your R/W speed. personally i never go with spirit shroud, always go with magi. the 30 resist all and MDR are superior to the CBF.

Shroud also has MDR but if you need that xtra replenish Shroud is nice i mean if your already having max resists that 35 is a bit overkill

and vs a blizz sorc, which your main opponent will probably be, the 35% is not over kill,. since a good blizz sorc will have -60--70% resist.

Just equip Death's belt. You can go with whatever armor is best to your liking.
