why not go to level 29 and use venom then? even more poison, over a shorter time limit.

well i was think that if i went to level 29 id use strait up shaels in a 6os weapon for killer speed

you can only get 7/2 kicks. if you use a -20 spd wpn and 6 bos i beleive (correct me if im wrong i havent built a kicker in a while) youll get 7/2. bos is weighted more than gear ias. 6 shaels arent really gonna help you that much.

Because Venom is a level 30 skill.
About the kicking speed, 7/3/3/... is the fastest - 2 frames is not possible.
With a -20 weapon, you will need another 68 IAS on your gear to hit a 7-frame initial kick. You can pop 4 Shaels into a weapon if you want, but it seems like kind of a waste to me when Burst of Speed easily gives 30 IAS (level 3 is 31) and having 30 IAS gloves (Death's or Sigon's) is pretty necessary for most kicker builds. Finding an additional 10 IAS is not that hard.
I think the best weapon you could find for a LLD kicker would be a socketed Blade Talon (fastest WSM of Normal claws) with CTC Amp Damage and Shael and Hel runes.
About the elemental damage, if you want to put 600 poison damage in a Military Pick, go ahead. But before you do, consider this:
600 Damage over 10 seconds = 60 damage per second
with the PvP pentaly, 60 = 10.2 = 10 damage per second, or about 102 Damage over 10 seconds
Death's Gloves will knock the 10 second timer down to 2.5 seconds, and you'll end up dealing about 25 of that damage, and that is NOT including resistances that your opponent may have.
So go ahead and stock up on poison damage with Emeralds if you would like. I'll gladly hunt your ass down and show you how badly it sucks.

I've got nothing against you making a fun build that can't compete at all with other lld builds. I applaud creativity. However, when you make a build that will be so weak that someone with full Sigon's might very well kill you then I think you've crossed the line between having a fun build and a worthless build.
