This is my plan for a regencharger once i get an insight partizan.

Gear:
weapon: Insight PArtizan
Jewelry: Angelics ring/amulet
Boots: Sanders
Gloves: Bfists
Belt: String of ears
Armor: Pskulled Spirit Shroud or somebody recommended to use a 2 pskull 2x maxer armor?

Charms: ar/life scs

Weapon switch: shaeled whistans/maxed war scepter

Wat im not sure is about the skills too,

I looked at the builds ppl made for other regen pallys
and they maxed prayer over might.
I was going to go might at first, but then i saw the guides and now I don't know.

Is there an obvious choice?

skill wise im just thinking of 10 into prayer
and 1 to charge
rest into might

I would be charging with might aura?

Only thing I could suggest would be to use tearhauch boots for the vigor aura.. if you get low on mana and need to run to regen it they are a nice switch and they are also good in town.. no one likes to be slow.

I would also say go with the spirit shroud imo, I would prefer regen over max but its really up to personal feeling heres.. both are effective.

Also for helm.. I guess your going with Pcrown pskulled?

You're going to want to use Sander's for the AR boost. That will allow you to replace your Angelics with 2 SoJ's down the road, provided you don't rely on the 10 dex bonus to equip your Partisan.

Definitely dont use tearhaunch. The only two options are sanders and crafted blood boots (more life replenish), with sanders being the better choice of these two (especially without lots of expensive charms).

hmmm ok that's good advice. yah sorry msehin i guess i forgot to say i was going to use helm, although in my head i was planning to use maxer helm but pskull peasant now looks like the obvious choice.

as for boots. i think i will go with sanders but mostly becaue i dont have tearhaunch and sanders is more accessible, to me at least.

Also, so now what do you guys think about the skills? i'm kinda confused about what aura to use during charge and what not. any input?

Max Prayer
1 to cleansing
1 to smite
19 to Charge

Use cleansing aura while charging
together with the meditation aura from insight you get dual heal

19 to charge for more ar

and finally insight rune staff for lesser stats req which also means more life

Have a malice+max block shield smite switch to whittle down barbs and whatnot with open wounds.

There's nothing wrong with Tearhaunch if you have the strength and need vigor.

yeah, i noticed i always had to play VERY aggressive vs upped swordback smiters on my ww barb, or their open wounds would just tear me up hard.

malice flail (or knout, for zons??? good idea there?) with a whitstands or rhyme, hell even a spirit crown shield for the vita/fhr boost

ill keep this in mind if/when i get back onto d2 for my regen charger

btw, my gear setup is like this:

insight partizan
15 max 12 res pcrown
p skull spirit shroud
string/24 fhr lifer belt
sanders
bfists/frosties
2x rare rings w/ ar/life/mana/adds
1 pala 10 rep 5x life ammy

nets me a ton of rep, and with might on i was over 3k charge, iirc 3.2k

~2.5k w/o might on, i maxed prayer then 1 might rest into charge (ar boost cuz no angelics on, gets me good ar without sacrificing the life and mana from my rings)

no salvation, if i get hit w/ blizz or fb or w/e im out of the way fast enough to not get locked usually
