popular choices are

14: for fine large charms
18: for War Javelins
21: for fine small charms
29: maximum allowed under our ruleset.

It's up to you. 21+ the character can become quite pricey if you're looking to fill up with 3/ar/lifers. Plain fine/sharps work well enough though.

obviously, since hes asking for the right level of one, foo. Razz

nick, just do level 18 or level 30. throw barbs are an off the wall build, so they can be the max for their character type, like warcry barbs.

Okay, cool. One more thing since I will be probably dueling other people that actually want to lld, not just making some lvl 9 sin or something to go into tomb games and go hunting, do still get rushed to get all the quests in hell and nm?

haha, in cases where you accidently overlevel your char by 1 level, we don't frown upon it, we just point and laugh. Laughing

haha if i over leveld a hell rushed char id be pissed... thast like ghour or two down drian i mean... but in my hell rush i didnt die and they shot an orb and i gained from like 6-8 and a half so i almost over leveled...
but i just went adn died some to get back down to low 8
