i was considering buying this from a guy on jsp, but i can't decide what build would best suit it. Conc barb, zerk barb, whirlwind barb (reaches 6 fpa w/o ias jewel or shael!) or zeal pally. Which build would best utilize this wep is what i'm asking.

also on a side note, are weapon ias and regular ias combined when calculating zerk/conc fpa?

yes they are combined. only ww relies on weapon ias (from the attacks you listed). i think that would suit a conc barb best by far. too bad its lvl 33

Hmm, do you think it would be worth it to go to 34 for a guiluames? and what breakpoint would i want to hit, 11 fpa? I have never built a zerker or concer around this level before.

guillaumes is pretty sexy. i'd most likely go with it. and you'll also probably want to use the 3-piece ik combo. rhyme grim shield is always a good option, and a high def, eth-rep if possible ornate (if you're going the defensive route) or just a twitch is usually pretty good as well. the 70 ias (12 fpa) is most likely what you'll be aiming for. if you dont use twitch you can shael your bhammer to hit the bp still

Yeah i might have to use rhyme for the CBF. Although this is hc and im worried about eth upped steeldriver pallies which can get up to 2k pvp charge. I might wanna use string in place of ik belt, but 15% dr wont do me much. Instead of rhyme, an artisans tower shield of defelcting with ed jewlels, or maxers, might do me well.

btw an upped silks is a great starter def armor for a 33+ build
mine has 928 def
