idk if you've ever seen my 49 rabies/fury - exige, but imo - if you want it to be viable for rabies dmg, you need to go to 49 for facets & oath/sanc is verrrrry nice at 49 as well

but if you're intent on staying at 45, cruel ataghan of quickness is an awesome weapon - not too much fury dmg tho Sad

-- oath rapes it but its the best you can get at 45. eth hone sundan socketed w/ ias is also a very good choice, the range is awesome.

if you wanna go more fury, you can stay at 45 pretty easily, but if you wanna go more rabies - you really need 49 & by going 49, you'll beat most fury druids at lvl 45 w/ you having only 1 pt in fury at 49 b/c of oath.

my lvl 45 rabies druid has 32k damage and still has good ar/ias/dr/etc. its completely viable

I'm using a 6 socketed Naga with Shael runes at the moment (I was surprised how fast Fury was with it). I think I might switch to a Ethereal Hone Sundan with Shael runes. Also, can someone post a image of a "Cruel Ataghan of Quickness", if they have one because I'm not completely sure what it is.

cruel = 300% ed (if perf)
ataghan = 1 hand sword with -20 ias
quickness = 40 ias
