I've been wondering how does an ethereal item's requirements differ from a non-ethereal item's requirements. I was looking around on google but found no answer. So I decided to compare that unique silver-edge axe's (which is always ethereal) requirements to normal silver-edge axe's requirements. What I found is that both requirements (Str/Dex) are lowered by 10points when ethereal. I just needed confirmation if this is correct and if it also applies to armors as well.
