ok, so i couldn't find it in any sticky's, maybe i didn't look hard enough.
Does Dtm% stack i.e. angelics ammy + vbsod, and if so how does it work exactly, i get the general idea, but is the % diminished in pvp? And then if you have full mana, will it become pointless? If somone knows where the sticky aout this is maybe they could just lemme know. Ty

Yes, it stacks.

If you have full mana it is pointless.

I assume it works on pvp damage (actual damage taken), but I'm not completely sure.

ok, i don't know what the deal is but i can't see my own post. Evertime i try and look ata forum it ask me to log in....
And everytime i log in it gives me the same exact post everyday, like no one has done anything.... is there somthing wrong with the forum altogether or just my end?

It works on final, physical damage taken. Examples:

1) You get hit for 100 damage. Bone armor absorbs it all. Your mana does not change since you didn't take any damage.

2) You get hit for 100 damage. 15%DR from SoE reduces it to 85 damage. You have 10%DTM so you regenerate 85 * 0.1 = 8.5 mana. I'm pretty sure that gets rounded down to 8.
