For spamming you get 10 minutes of "Cannot connect"...

For switching characters, how long of "Realm Down" do you get? For some reason, I'm getting hours and hours of R/D, while my friend gets fifteen minutes...Or was it because he was switching characters and I was re-entering games?

For entering and exiting games, I believe it is one hour, +5 minutes for every time you try to reconnect.

15 min for realm down is what its supposed to be if its longer than that yheres something else going on =(
