Hey Guys, im very new to this whole LLDing thing and i need some advice. I've tried hard making a Smiter on my own and it just hasnt worked out for me. I just need the general info on starting up a new Smiter. I plan to lvl it to maybe about lvl 28 someday and dont really plan on playing in tourneys just pubs. Any advice on armour, weps, stats (str, dex, etc) ammys, etc would be very much appreciated. (im pretty new to the system so if abreviations would be kept to a minimum, it would really help me understand whats said a little more).

hes talking about 28lvl o.o dunno if he has edited but

im not specialist on smiters when they go over 15lvl but i can try to help

first are u making an offensive build or defensive build? (are u going for the high 15k def? or going for the high 800 dmg?) alot depends on that since they use a bit different items/skills/stats

28lvl smiter will probably use peasant crown?(if i rember right +2pc rare criclet is 29lvl right?)

and for weapon +1pala 30ias% ws and its socketed with stat jewels?

and as for the shield best would prolly be either crown shield or akaran targe with 5x% or better enchanted dmg and some ar and its s4 and u make spirit rw into it (or if u think your resists are too low u can also make it into 4x% res shield and make spirit to it) akaran targe might be better for the defensive build

boots prolly be sanders or cowking up to u to decide i think

armor for offensive twich and for defensive (at least 1k def ornate)

rings dont really know maybe soj's

amu prolly +1pala and some other nice mods

belt strings

charms 15life sc's

and u better wait for some1 else to put something here cos mine might be pretty sucky ^^

iirc the basic 28 smiters is

p crown
+1 pala skills/blah/blah amulet
twitch
monks ws of swiftness
monks barbed shield of deflecting
death gloves
death belt
boots can be sanders/cow kings/goblin
whatever rings you can find (stat, life, mana, res, etc)

40 life scs

then socket them with rubies/skulls/stat jewels/whatever

(btw heprea +2pc is lvl 30, string is lvl 29, and sojs are 29)

Weapon: Monks flail(+3 range) of swiftness is better than the ws unless the ws has 1-3 hs and or 1-3 conc Shocked
Boots: I strongly suggest goblins over cks or sanders
Rings: stat / life / mana / rep life / hfd blood crafted rings
(5stat/20life rings are decent starters)
Gloves + Belt: You can either use bfs + 17-24fhr / life / mana / rep life belt over deaths
I agree on the other gear with knifer

I prefer monks cutlass of swiftness for anything but a r5 fury druid (but if you're seriously dueling one of these you deserve to lose. geez.) and a steel flail if you feel like bleeding out casters with charge.

Wouldn't some nice crafted blood boots work good for this as well, with possibly 10fhr +xdex +x life replenish +insert random res?
