K so if I do act one in order all 6 quests, Andy will do the "quest drop" everytime even after I complete the last quest? I really like running her in Nm and dont want to lose this, so I just want some clarification on this.

talk to all npcs b4 and after every quest, do them in order (including andy) and then come out and talk to warriv, it dont matter if u go 2 act 2 or not, then after everyrun go 2 warriv and click on gossip

The Andariel (or Andy) Bug has been talked to death yet people still have questions. Activating the Andy Bug allows for her to drop her quest drop (all rare and unique items) every time you kill her.
To activate it, just do all of these in order making sure to complete each one before you start the next. I'm not sure if it affects it but just to be safe, have something ready to imbue just in case. After you kill Andy, talk to a NPC (anybody will do though you have to talk to Warriv to go to Act 2 anyway). From here you can do whatever you want whether it be leaving the game, going to Act 2, DLing some music, I don't care. Note that you do not have to stay in Act 1 for the bug to continue working. You can be on your way and level to 99 and the bug will still work for the difficulty that you did it for (possibly all three).
