good point god, but it does make a huge diffrence a -15% +7 max jewel on the other hand cost about a soj, and a 15% sup ancient armor is about a 1-2 sojs (unless u find yourself) so it isnt to drastic...

i got an ETH heavy belt 24% fhr 34 life, 21 cold resit 6 fire resit self - repair belt 35str req lvl 18

Act 2 NM defensive for holy freeze + an insight pole arm. give it armor with 4x p ruby and helm with 3x p ruby, or as much life possible as he will die quickly.

Actualy i've found it better to use 4OS ancient armor with 9max -15% req jewels, and use defiance, this adds a Massive Defense bonus and makes it significantly harder for someone to hit you. the damag...

its an alright ring, only 66 ar, to bad wasnt 75+(80 ar is the max ar possible on a magical ring)
but i have seen 93 ar on a Rare rings

also i fail to see how this ring would be good for a lvl 9 s...

im making a lvl 30 conc barb, im trying to decide if i should use clegaws + up'd generals flail. but i wont use clegaws if the max % slow target is 50%
