you could use a war hammer, or a flanged mace for the above rune word.

with a warhammer, and the ias you have from the other above items, youll hit 13 fpa, or 1.9 attackers per second.

with the flanged mace and the above gear, youll hit 11 fpa, or 2.2 attackers per second.

flanged mace has 5 average damage less than war hammer, but i think the extra attack per second will more than make up for that.

ditch the stat charms. you can get small charms that add 15 life, at level 21. a 2 stat sc will only add 8 life, a 6 stat gc will only add 24 life (and you could have 3*15 life scs in that slot).

get rid of sigons and use angelic ammy instead of eye, in place of the sigons im not to sure what to use ive never really done a lld barb but sigons i know is a bad choice, maybe twitch, a nice jeweld sword,axe,pick or something around there, try to find a bone shield of deflecting, can be bought from drognan in act 2 pretty commonly

3 types of 'honors' you can choose from, depending on your strength and ias.

naga, divine scepter, or knout.

and since you;re going to 27 to use 'honor', you might want to consider going to 29 to use a 'rhyme' grim shield.

and i completely forgot about your helm. are you a conc barb or a bash barb? whichever you are, you want to find a barb type helmet with +battle orders +main attack (bash or conc) +shout, with 3 sockets, and put 3 max dmg jewels in it.

and i would max battle orders for your level.

nagas are a bigger problem thought...as they can go up to 6
