the ring might be worth something to someone who is trying to get their caster to a higher fcr bp. but a soj will give more mana and the skill is usefull. keep it in a mule for a day when someone might be looking for one.
the jewels ok, do the same, worth keeping on a mule til the right time comes.

I don't believe you can get more than 10 FCR on an ammy and have it be lvl 30 or lower. Though I'm not 100% positive. I've just never seen one.

u should be able to craft a 20%FCR ammy at about req lvl 15
...but getting one at that level would take hundreds of tries.
and dont even think about a +1 skill tree 20% fcr ammy as u would need to craft thousands to get 5 mods only..
getting exactly +1 tree and the "aprentice" mod as well as perfect 10% preset.... insane!
most likley it will hit 33.. or be 15-20% with some other mod u dont want...
but a plain ol' 20% fcr ammy.. do-able, yes. but it will take alot of rolls.. and most likely youll craft to get 2 extra mods.. and it will hit lvl 25 abouts

its all here my friend:
Caster Amulet
Magic Amulet + Ral Rune + Perfect Amethyst + Any Jewel
preset mods =
(5-10)% Faster Cast Rate
Regenerate Mana (4-10)%
+ (10-20) To Mana
u just need to get lucky and have "aprentice" be the mod and roll a perfect 10% on the preset,,

k, im confused, doesnt that mean you can only have between 5-10 fcr on that crafted item? or is it that when you craft an item, it rolls magic mods and adds the desired mods (blood, caster etc)? iv never crafted an item before.

you never used sol runes to make 11% life leech rings back in 09?
bc that was possible bc of the way crafts work.. ok let me give a explanation then
u automatically get 5-10% fcr on a caster ammy,, thats preset from the recipe. (along with the Regenerate Mana (4-10)% and (10-20) To Mana)
then u usually get between 1-4 mods on it. (actually i think its 0-5 or 6 but u nver get 0 and never get 5,6.. i think)
if u get apprentice u will have a 15-20% fcr ammy.
u would just need to get lucky and have the preset roll perfect 10% for a total of 20%
the req level of crafts is:
[the highest mods reqlvl + 3 * total number of mods]**
aprentice is lvl 3 i think... so if u rolled solely that.. ud have 4 mods.. (3 preset + 1 random)
4*3 + 3 = 15
**this is why u can never craft an item with under a lvl 10 req.
it just wont happen.
the lowest i ever got was req lvl 14 (perfect 10%fcr with +2 str caster belt  ) this item makes it possible for me to hit the 63% break on a lvl 14 psycic assasin ..otherwise id only have 60%.. but with it i got 70%
for anyone thinking about making some godly LLD caster ammy remeber
you will never be able to make a +2 Poison and bone ammy (or +2 cold) and have it be under lvl 45.. +2tree = lvl 30 and u will probably have 5 mods at least. 5*3 + 30 = 45
it is possible to craft a +1 PnB 20% FCR amy and have it around lvl 25,... but the chances to get +1 and apprentice together would require thousands of tries
