well, not really but here's a cool link, let's see who can figure out the math behind it.

go for it.

the symbols are not constant to thier numbers.
ex. 23.. 2+3=5 23-5 =18 18=sno-cone.... then it switches up to 18=bag of holding o_O. the math is always right, but the lil pics change up to befuddle the sipmle folk of interweb land.
pretty cool, but only for a minute or two :S or maybe occams razor cut a lil too deep into this one?
dave, help me! i'm drowning in my own edit..
oh wait... i just realised what this thing is doing...
its the Satan

seems to be set on multiples of 9.
ie. 10 1+0=1 10-1=9
11 1+1=2 11-2=9
12 1+2=3 12-3=9
13 1+4... etc
20 2+0=2 20-2=18
21 2+1=3 21-3=18
22 etc etc
so there are only a very few values that it needs to look at, so long as all the multiples of 9 are the same symbol... and they are.
the other 0-99 are just to confoooooze you.
:edit: gimme a dollar O_O

10-19 will always = 9
20-29 will alwlays = 18
30-39 will always = 27
40-49 will always = 36
50-59 will always = 45
60-69 will always = 54
70-79 will always = 63
80-89 will always = 72
90-99 will always = 81
If you notice 9, 18, 27, 36, 45, 54, 63, 72, and 81 will Always have the same symbol. Since every number from 10-99 = one of those numbers all the program has to do is make sure those 9 numbers all share the same symbol while in the mean time the others Randomly change which throws off your concentration.
I don't get a doller do I :*(? How about an Adena?!?! ^_^

yeah it has to do with multiples of 9 but i'm still waiting for the algebraic equation that proves it (and yes, i know what it is).

we have a winner.
here's the explanation because all mei gave was the formula:
it's based on multiples of 9
any time you take a two digit number, add its digits and subtract that sum from the original number, you get a multiple of 9
here's the algebra:
let A = the tens digit of the number
let B = the ones digit of the number
now the value of the number is 10A + B
when you add the digits, you get A + B
when you subtract that sum from the original number, you get 9A

Ok I understand the math, but how does it know which digit of 9 you are thinking of? Very strange.... Also i tried thinking of numbers by the digits of 9 and knowing the signs of the multiple and concentrating on the symbol of a number close to the digit I knew, not doing the add the 2 digits and subtract, just thinking of the symbol. It always comes out as the digit its clostest to.... Still baffles me on how it knows which symbol you are thinking of, even narrowing it down to the 11 symbols that are multiples of 9... Anyone have a clue?

If I remember correctly, all the multiples of 9 you get have the same symbol.
