I'm curious to know why Melee lvl 30's dont use Up'd Rakescar instead of Honor. Stats are as follows..

Rakescar
War Axe
One-Hand Damage: (17-25) To (31-45)
Required Level: 27
Required Strength: 67
Durability: 26
Axe Class – Fast Attack Speed
+75-150% Enhanced Damage
+38 Poison Damage Over 3 Seconds
30% Increased Attack Speed
+50 To Attack Rating
Poison Resist +50%

IAS, AR, and 150% Ed isn't awful. Is it just for convience reasons or what?

there is an unfortunate kick in the nuts technicality why this is not done.

i used it on a lvl 38 and it was awesome for being so cheap.
