Well i dont know if its done before but i thought about it and i wanted to ask if its crap or if it could work:
lld slow vindicator/templar:
Stats:
Str: Enough for gear
Dex: Maxblock
Vit: ALL!
Ene: zer0
Skills:
1 FOH
1 Conv
1 Holy Freeze
7 Holy Shock
7 Holy Shield
rest into smite
Equip:
Peasant Crown
2pc life mana ammy
2 sojs
viper shroud or twitch (dunno)
SOF 15/15
bloodfists or forsties if you rly need mana
goblintoes
(smite) Generals Tan Do Li (for slow ofc)
upped swordback or maybe spirit or rhyme 60+ed pala shield?
(foh) Honor in 3foh/3conv szepter
Spirit 45@ pala shield
need constructive, honest and hard critique!

Basically, this is just a VT using a General's Tan Do Li so it's likely to work... Just don't waste points in FoH and Conviction if you're getting +FoH/Conv on your FoH Scepter (waste of skill points).

and i want to use holy freeze for more slow^^
is FoH and Conv rly such a waste to spend 1 point into?
but if this build is even nearly effective i will try it out!

Effective? Yes.
But it's about the easiest lame build possible. It will be super easy to use and no one will want to duel you. Smite is an auto hit, and you will slow them to the point where they will probably die before being able to even swing much at you.

yeah thats exactly what i looked for! xD
well itll be a pubby duel char so idc about being lame^^
unfortunaly this build wont kill high lvl chars will it?

actually i made a vt awhile back and he did decently against higher levels using only smite. dont even bother with foh after level thirty IMO though.
