This method has worked for me before (windows 2000):
Find out the name of the file causing the problem
Look in the task manager and end it
Delete the file
Sometimes the file will instantly restart itself -
so you have to close it and delete it straight away
I can't remember how I did it but whenever I've had really hard problems it's worked for me

Man your problem is severe...
You might have to reformat your whole PC. I think there might be another solution you might have to fix/delete the registry key? I dont know since I used to have the same problem like you with my old desktop I did everything but I ended up reformatting the whole PC all over again.

Start it in safe mode, run adware find the name of the files, and delete them.
I had a worm in my system files on my old computer and everyone said there was no way I could get rid of it but I just moved/renamed the file rather then delete it and it stopped.

Start > all progs > accessories > system tools > system restore.
Just restore the comp to the last time it made a restore point before you got the virus. Also, if you could restore it from before you got that wallpaper it would be even better

Well I can't pick a date a couple days back on sys restore... It only lets me choose right before the virus downloads itself how can I choose a later date? It says click a bolded date but there's only one and it won't let me go back months.

On that screenshot it shows ad-aware found 11 files - when the shutdown message comes up, cancel the scan and remove those 11 files. My guess is that those files are just spyware (from porn sites or something ^^) but atleast it's getting rid of something.

my friend had a terrible problem with viruses a while back. They wouldn't let him delete him, and eventually he couldn't even start his computer up o.o Idr what he did to fix it...but
I would download some more virus/spyware/adware programs. In our list of helpful programs there are a bunch. Try "Advanced Windows Care", "Spyware Doctor", "Norton Antivirus"( http://www.free-protection.com/ click the "Download Norton for free!", then click the "Get essential..." box, Unselect everything but norton and Spyware doctor (unless you want something else as well) and hit "Download google pack".)
Boot up in safe mode
Run all of your anti virus/spyware/adware programs
Delete all you can
If this doesn't make the problem better, look at the task manager for programs that shouldn't be there, end them, and then run the virus scans again.
If you can find out what the programs are, try renaming them(it might help you with actually deleting them).
Good luck. Computer problems suck.

Youre sure you can't go back months? There should be an arrow next to the month in the calendar thing.
The other possible solution is to boot up in safe mode [press f8 when the system starts up] and then run all your anti virus software. Make sure these include spybot s&d, windows defender and ad-aware. After you've sorted out the problem install and run spywareblaster.

As mentioned before, go into safe mode and run the scans. If the system shutdown message displays again try aborting it. To abort, go to Start, Run, and type in "shutdown -a."
Or to prevent the shutdown altogether:
1. Go to your My Computer properties
2. Click on the Advanced tab
3. Click on settings for "Startup and Recovery"
4. Under "System failure", uncheck "Automatically Restart"
