So, i have this cool scepter that i found a while ago, and i think it would be fun to build a hammerdin "around" it. Problem is, spirit is kinda outstanding for an lld hammerdin. Or is it?

First problem i get when using this scepter is that i loose 35 fcr which has to be replaced in order to hit the breakpoint. But if i use 20 fcr circlet, 10 fcr ammy and a 10 fcr belt, that means i have 125 fcr. 10+10+20+20+30+35=125. Bingo!

The second problem is the 55 fhr i loose. But since i still wear a spirit shield, that means i only have to find a way to get 31 more. If i find a belt which has 10 fcr and 24 fhr, it would take care of that problem together with two 15/5 scs.

The third problem is the 22 vitality stats i loose. But it's not really i problem, because i get 20 strength and 10 vita from this scepter.

So, the last problem is that i loose 112 mana, which is a huge amount. The question i have is if YOU would sacrifice 112 mana in order to make 200 more damage (which this scepter actually do)? In either way I think its a fun build, because its a little bit different from all other hammerdins out there. : )

If you have the gear already, by all means go for it. Although your scepter there could be shopped without a ton of effort really. Personally I would'nt use it over spirit, because I think it would be a hassle finding all the gear necessary for 200 more damage on a build that does so much anyway.

I would on the other hand use an honor 3/3 war scepter if the option were available.

or...instead of 10/24 belt you could cheat a lil and put a shael in your helm then use a 12 fhr gc untill you find better

would be fun, and you are unique ^^ oh another thing life/fhr cant come together =/ it would have to be a fhr/mana (just to clarify)

Wow, this is the first time I've seen a scepter like that, and never seen anyone make the runeword "Strength" out of one of them. I think you should make a smiter/hammerdin hybrid because that scepter has 25% crushing blow. Shocked

i cant think of too many opportunities when i'd rather smite someone than hammer them. especially since it'd probably be pretty slow smite
