help me! question about a scepter i found!

ok ive been lookin everywhere with a +3 zeal +1 concentrate scepter OR a +3 concentrate scepter +1 sacrife....but...i recently came across a +1 concentrate scepter, which so far is the best i have found.

is it worth it to socket this and fill it with maxers? considering at the moment i use a military pick with maxers? or should i wait until i find that uber scepter ive been lookin for?

maybe since its not the perfect scepter i should just socket it w/ any maxers i find less than 15?

it's a waste of jewel on a crappy scepter, save your jewels for better one.

if it had sockets already, id say socket it with jewels 14max and under. but since it doesnt, dont waste a socket quest on it.
