Had to reformat my computer=[ lost some music, and important stuff. BUt i saved as much as i could into my ipod=[

Lucky enough i stored some stuff into my D drives.. alala. Now i have to rebookmark everything. Starting with lld101!

caught myself annoying little virus as well some time ago but cant remember its name it copied itself to pretty much every excecutable file on almost each disk on my compy but seems that norton gave it a lesson and made it go away (least i hope so) Embarassed

rightclick the drive, press format, wait for it and then reinstall windows. (or prefered operating system.)

(aka deletes every thing)

Get AVG or Norton or ZoneAlarm. or just stay away from the porn and untrustworthy downloads.

I think i know what happened, After i looked at just about everywher important, I found out some hi-jacked my ebay account, and was selling sunglasses=\. Channel sunglasses lol. Lucky enuff ebay disabled my selling status because of an 3rd party location accessing my account. So musta been an ebay link of sorts.

I don't know. It would explain the virsus or somethng that i got. Because they happened around the same time? I got massive amount of mail frm ebay saying i was selling sunglasses.

A common ebay scam is people rig up an email saying it is from ebay, and that people are doing fraud on your account and it asks you to sign in. You click on the link, it redirects you to a html mock-up of the ebay login screen, you login and presto... they got your account and password.

This scam got popular via Neopets when it first opened.

I always check the "Stayed Logged In" box, and every time I go to a link and I have to log on agian, I check it and also directly type the adress of the site in the Address bar.
