Beast Ward (Spiked Shield)
34 Defense.
40% Chance to block.
30 Strength req.
Level 9 req.
17% FHR
15% Faster block rate.
10% Increased chance of blocking.
10-15 to attack rating (Can't remember.)
34 Enhanced defense.
18% Fire res.
8% DTM.
1 to light radius.

I figured this would work very well for a level nine. But i'm not sure if it's any good, and if it is what it's worth. Any input would be very nice Smile

nice shield. It'd be cool for a lvl 9 smiter. The 17% fhr is nice, but I'd rather go with a 2 socks magical vulpine spike shield of deflecting since I think the extra 15 faster block, 10 more blocking is more useful for a lvl 9 paly than 17% fhr. Plus with magical items, I can get maximum of 2 sockets, where I can put more dtm/dex/life rare jewels.
Nevertheless, it's a nice shield. Not eveyone has 2 of the above jewels, nor have the vulpine spike shield. And of course Lazurk can be pmsing and give 1 socket to the shield (like my old one, Evil or Very Mad

).

neato shield but yah defniately needs deflection and 2 open sockets... and dtm is cute too.

Yeah, I thought it was decent. I was pretty pissed when I saw it didn't have the deflecting mods >.<

Thats pretty good but ive seen a lvl 9 spiked shield that was rare and had the deflecting mods and also 2 open sockets. it mean have had the dtm mods.
