Items
Orb - 10Fcr +3 Iceblast +10 mana orb 2os /w20 mana and 6dex/20mana jewels
Circlet - +1cold 2os /w 2x p skulls (+1 cold 10rep life 2os would be nice)
Armor - Eth Breast Plate 3os /w 3x P skull (saves 5 stat points)
Sheild - Serpents(20mana) bone sheild of deflection /w 2x 20mana jewels
Belt - 25fhr +5 rep life belt
Gloves - Blood Fist
Boots - CowKings
Charms - 10x 15life 6mana sc's, 10x 15+, 30+ mana gc's
Switch - +3 shiver armor staff (5 after buff)

Skills
+1 Telekensis
+1 Teleport
+13 Ice Blast(16)
+14 Ice Bolt(18)

Stats Investment
+15 Str
+3 Dex (what ever is needed to top of for max block)
+82 Energy

Statistics
Life - ~450
Mana - ~730
Regen mana - 85%
Rep life - 45
Ice Blast Damage 447-473
Teleport Mana Cost - 24
Ice Blast Mana Cost - 14.5
Cast Rate - 10FPS
Fhr Rate - 8FPS
Defense - ~250

This Build is extreamly mana intensive for a level 18, but the idea is you escape any attacker by teleporting away, you will still have to use mana potions but potion effectiveness will be amplifed by your max mana, not to mention you will regenerate a decent amount of mana.

As for the Life, 450 apears low but the fact the you should be hit very little and if you are hit you do have 45 rep life to regenerate life, the battle will last atleast 1 minute regardless of the skill of your oponent at which case you would regenerate 250 life a minute.

Since i can already see some questions , ill answer them in advance. "What about charge Paladins?, Your rep life won't be effective if they repeatidly charge you?"
1a. From experience quite of few people dont even get charge on their level 18 pallys, and the ones that do have charge don't have the mana namelock you with it, if they namelock you, you can just teleaway and let them waste mana.

1b. What if they get potions? Well even if they did get potions, they have low mana to begin with so those potions wont be that effective, and every level 18 pally i've seen uses death belt/glove so they only have 8 potion slots. Their mana is non existance compared to your 730 mana with 12 mana potion slots.

2. "What about bow zon with their pesky guided arrows?" Well, bow zons have the biggest mana problem ever, at level 18 they have only 40 mana base, so just teleport arrow casting ice blasts at them and try to make them use up their potions before you do. their almost useless if they can only cast guided arrow once every couple seconds.

3. Why not use stealth? Why not 9 Frame cast rate? Well its simple the regen life and mana is much more imporant.

I'd suggest 3tele 3shiver armor 10 fcr staff to save the points which you are willing to spend for tele but if u say I dont like switch and tele go for it
I would also spend 1 point in to warmth

I assume you're getting 30 fcr from rings and ammy. I would use stealth instead of the pskull armor and hit 65 fcr (63 is 9 frame cast). The frw/fhr/dex are also useful (you can't tele all the time so frw will help a lot)

Also theres no such thing as a 25 fhr belt NOOB! Mad

Also, if you want to save some tele points, I have a 1cold 10fcr Xmana amulet with 25 charges of tele.

You didn't list amulet / rings. Why not go with the Angelic ammy + rings + armor (socketed with a PSkull). You get +1 skills, 115 life, 20% DTM, 12 replenish, and 50% fire resists. If you're still adamant about using a 3 Pskull eth BP, I'd still go with at least one Angelic ammy + ring and a mana / stat ring / regen ring.

lol nice yet get hp charms or mana mods instead of wastin points and if u do get hit by a vlld zealer1hit your dead wit your build..

btw get ammy wit10%fcr 10%fhr hp mana mods. 1cold skill

rings angelics or i got a nice ring ft 10life 40mana 10%Fcr

u might wanna think about wastin all your points into mana..a true vlld will 1hit u

go wit stealth for the fhr fcr frw instead of tele..

or use tele ammy wit 10fcr or sumtin so u dun have 2 waste 2 pont for tele and tk

I didnt read the bottom of your post the first time.

I guess your build is best if you're willing to tele away for 2 minutes straight while you rep life, but I really look down on that style of dueling.

i don't plan on teleing that far away, just far enough so they can't zeal me, you'd be surprised how easy it is to avoid a zealer, also i doubt any zealer would kill me in 1 hit, if they do 1000 dmg to me that sonly 166 after pvp, the idea of this build is that your never short of mana to escape

as for Rings/Amulet *i forgot i made the guide at 3am Sad

rings: 10fcr 20+mana 5+rep life
Amulet: 10fcr +1cold amulet, (idealy with rep life)

With Cleg's sword, any half-competent zealot will kill you in one charge if you've got only 450 life.

with clegaws sword zealots do at most 800 damage assumeing htey get a crit hit, thats 1600, now 1600/6 = 266 dmg after pvp

now they only have a 1/8 chance to hit you + critical you.



my lvl 18 does 1.3k max without ds

thought i dont have charge but with my charge scepter i do like 1.7k

even with my res shield my pally would do like 1.4-1.5k max charge

I certainly hope you're joking. I've seen mediocre Zealots do easily over 1200 damage with 1 point in charge, and that's without factoring the 50% DS from Cleg's sword. Any competent LLD can get above 1500 damage with minimal effort.

even if they do 2k charge its more like 100-2000 charge damage, if by some godlike chance they hit me for 1900+ damage, crit hit and get past my block then i guess they will kill me in 1 hit but 4000 dmg / 6 = 666 which will kill almost any lld in 2 hits, zealots have 800-1000 hp.

*guess for these godly chargers ill have to have a +1 cold 2x pruby circlet and 3x pruby bp switch or something

Godly chargers will beat you fairly easily because they will do a heck of a lot more damage and have enough mana to chargelock you until they hit. But yes, you may want to keep the PRuby option for mediocre zealots with a point in charge.

its gunna be real tough to beat a good charger if they dont mana pot.

definently go stealth armour.

get 1 in warmth and tele becuase switching can be real slow sometimes and it gets annoying.

on west its not really bm to use mana pots so just do that
