Lets say for a lv 18 ts sin.
Should it all go in ts? I doubt that but if not what is a good ratio for ts/claw mastery?

It's pretty much personal preferance.

Personally I'd put 1 into BoS to start, Max TS, rest to Mastery. If hell rushed, same thing, Max TS, 1 BoS, rest Mastery.

One gains 3% more ar per level then the other, and critical strike.

Other gains tons more ED, but no other extra mods.

Most level 18's don't have much def, besides smiters, which is why I'd do it this way.

Yeah, I'd nominate Andy for 101's Best Hair award if we had it. I loved running my fingers through it while visiting him.

the thing with ts sins of all kinds, is the one explosive burst of damage. that is the whole point of them, to do the highest amount of damage in one big hit that is possible. so, while claw mastery improves your chance of a crit, and helps a bit with ar, you end up losing a very large part of your damage that you have to rely on to kill people. remember that ts is interruptible, therefore you have to take the highest amount of damage you can get because you are going to have to swing a couple times to get it to happen.

ive always done max mastery rest in ts

you will be hitting more with normal attacks then a single ts strike also the ar bonus from ts doesnt help when you want to release
