Imp :So since its lld v mld , i say ill get my hld, same ration, and if u have a problem get your hld.
Imp :Right when i join he gets his hld.
I 3-0 him, he says duel in hell newb, so i say ummm you joined, if your gonna cry about difficulty do it elsewhere.
Diplomat: W/e newb i owned your lld.

MLD is one of those strange and grey areas for me. I mean when I first started playing d2 I used to lvl my guys the old fashioned way.... norm baal til lvl50 then move to next diff. With that in mind, does a mld have a right to be in a norm game? I suppose so by my analogy. However, if someone uses Bm in a duel game there is really only two options for me....use bm in return or leave. So I would have probably conceded defeat after being killed a few times I'm sure, but if I was nk'd then it rolls right into bm which I love returning the favor.

The funny part about most of our mentality, myself included most of the time, is that we stroll into a duel game thinking we are gonna just demolish everything insight thats within 20 to 30 lvls of our own (sometimes much more depending on class, etc). Then when we run out and get dropped it sends us back peddling wondering wtf just happened. Somehow our pride is damaged and we feel the need for redemption. Isn't this the same scenario that plays out when our lld's destroy someone else?

Speaking of similar but different scenario... met a mld by the name of Crystalline (cold sorc) the other day. Very courteous and never hostiled any lower duelers. (similar to most true lld's) Seems like most mld's have some sort of ill will toward the lld community.

Anyway, if that sorc joins this site (he said he was gonna make a lvl30 blizzer) then I just want to say you have the finest gear I've seen on a mld. 5/5 facets in everything, 10 skillers all with either life or fhr.

Just because a mld hostiled, killed, and "nked" your lld doesn't make it right to bring a hld to kill the mld. Judging by your post, you know its unfair to do mld vs lld or hld vs lld (and hld vs lld...). Hell, its unfair for a level 30 bone nec to duel a level 30 charged bolt sorc, but what can you do about it? Just move on.
