is there any way to get a + barb skills weapon under lvl 9 req?? i have yet to find one, ive check unqiue and sets still looking at magical and rare. It would have to be warcry or a general + to skills, only thing i know of is sigon shield so i need a weapon now :/

I may be wrong but I think plus skill weapons do not spawn untill level 15.
Unless you count Bezerker armor or Signons Shield.

yes, +1 skill gear spawns at level 15. i think +1 tree does too. so the only way to get more skills is sigon shield or berserker armor, as previously stated.
