As much as I love Vile Laughing

I need a new avatar, and was planning on using part of a screenshot. Can anyone help me find something to edit/ resize them with?

I was thinking of using psp but I'm not really sure.

use photoshop 7 or 8. Polygon lasso tool is what u should use. If u dont have photoshop send me the pic or pm ill edit it 4 u
