Trying to cut a fresh croissant in half without tearing it all to hell.

I have survived a near-fatal ATV crash and bled for 6 hours while I was taken to a hospital,

I have learned all the lines for an entire part in a play in one Saturday afternoon, and performed that night to good reviews,

I have photographed a nude model for an internet website,

I have bungie-jumped while suffering from heat-stroke and dehydration,

I have had a loaded gun pointed at my head by a crazy ex-Marine,

I have eaten orange juice and sushi in one sitting, while chewing mint gum,

And I have talked a person out of killing herself, and saved another person from drowning.

I have done many, many things in this great wide world... but I have NEVER successfully cut a fresh croissant in half withour tearing the f*cking thing to shreds.

Now, excuse me while I go back to eating my "egg, cheese and shredded croissant" sandwich. Neutral

It's one of those crazy rolls that you can't cut without tearing it to shreds.

Dao, I think the solution is to not cut it in half and just eat the damn thing bite by bite.

Oh I just realized you said fresh....I was going to suggest cooling it down to harden it, THEN cutting it, THEN heating it up....
