yea..but this staff isnt +3 es, its +3 teleport..

, a sorc would just put 1 into teleport if it was knowingly gonna teleport at all and be succesful at it, and the teleport mod isn't worth anything to anyone, only the aura is. The only insights i can see being worth anything arrrre:
partizan with 5+ crit and good ed/ar bonuses
+3 ES ones (could have a cold armor too) (especially with lvl 17 aura)
+3 chilling/shiver armor ones
Possibly +3 blizz or +3 FB or +3 lightning for caster vs caster,,, +3 to main skill, 33%fcr, and a mediation aura? Sounds especially good for the fb mana drainers, blizz can handle jsut having it on switch

+3 Teleport = 3 less mana per teleport. Add insight and you can probably teleport a ton. Nice level 30 switch I say.

if you had it on switch and got skilled at switchin it and usin it for tele it'd work well with insight Imo.
