i think i foudn out why im losing wieght, i work out too much and don't let anything regenerate. i sat for a day and gained 2 pounds so thats good. I also speed about 23/7. thats not good for weight gain.

ok i really tried to step it up.

mon,wed,sun. 90-120mins each
iv gained all of 2 lbs now, not great, but its something.

i have uped the weight slowly, i kept records of what i did and how much for.

here are some big imporvments for me

7/11
rev pec fly machine ended failure at 70lbs
lat cable pull downs, striaght/inclinded ended failure at 80lbs/70lbs
DB curls, ended with failure on 30lbs

8/29
rev pec fly machine ended failure at 90lbs
lat cable pull downs, striaght/inclinded ended failure at 100lbs/100lbs
DB curls, ended with failure on 35lbs

gonna keep this up another 8 weeks and see what can happen.

If you want to bulk up, I would recommend working out only for an hour. Once you go past that, you're not really building muscle as much as you are burning calories.

to bulk up you need protein.. drink a creatine shake.. or eat hella steak and eggs.

edit: i just watched that clip.. .eww. i doubt he has a sex life... in fear he could crush a human body with those.

that and the fact that he's on steroids would affect him in that area also

realistically, those legs cannot be achieved naturally...

also the best thing that's worked for me is having 6 small meals a day, that means a small meal every 2 hours (its a hard diet to follow, but u will lose fat and gain a lot of muscle)

these meals should consist of an
-un-fat protein, such as a piece of grilled chicken or fish (nothing fried or breaded)
-a small ammount of COMPLEX carbs, such as 1/2 a sweet potatoe or a cup of brown rice cooked in water
-and u can have as many vegitables and/or as much salad as you want

also, u can substitue up to 3 of these meals for a protein shake (i personally would recomend either muscle milk or whey)

normally i'll have a protein shake for breakfast, than 2 hours later some turkey on a wheat rap with some vegitables, then 2 hours later either the same thing or another protein shake, go to the gym, by the time i get home its time for another protein shake, then ill have a small meal for dinner like a piece of grilled chicken w/ vegitables and 1/2 a sweet potatoe or something, than another protein shake

its not the easiest thing in the world to follow, but it really burns fat and builds a lot of muscle

That will work to some degree but it's really not a great diet. Here's some basics for bulking. Remember, Jerkazoid doesn't need to worry about burning fat or clean bulking yet.

Most people eat 8 meals a day that are serious about gaining weight.

You NEED complex carbs in your first meal.

You need some fat in your meals. Separate carbs and fats into separate meals. When your insulin levels are higher, the fat you take in will be stored as fat cells in the body. Protein should be in every meal.

Don't substitute a protein shake for a meal. A 40g whey protein shake is around 100-120 calories. That's not nearly enough to hit your macro for the day. If you're going to substitute a shake for a meal, make it a meal replacement shake or a weight gainer shake with carbs.

well both to certain degrees..

however i have settled on the routine and its a comfortable amount of commitment atm, i wont be changing much what i do at all for the next 2 months

so far its slow, but its something, and that means more to me then fast results.
fast would be great, but slow/steady is still just as good

just checking in and giving some progress.
letting you all know that atleast something good is comming out of the advice.

Just be consistent. Any results are good. If you havent, do take some pics of yourself. Don't get caught up in numbers in terms of weight, or how much you lift; that's my theory, because it's bodybuilding (i.e. looking good), not powerlifting or something like that.
