Yeah both very nice for a ww barb, and maybe for Ladder bowa's. Not many lvl 30 bowzons in NL Smile

I'd build them both in. If you get a good +1barb/etc rare ammy you don't even lose alot of AR and gain a ton of mana.

Only chars you would need more AR vs would be melee barbs/pallies. Unless your only source of WW comes from your helm....
You could use a Visionary helm of MOD/2soc (6str/20ed/etc + 20ed/etc) + angelic ammy + 1x angelic ring as switch gear. Build in all str on your current rings and be able to use partial angelics (only 1x ring) if needed.

The lc is worth something

The staff can get a max of two sockets plus its two handed so it's uesless.

Yes people use bonespirit to keep their opponent moving to aviod it and whatnot.

Barb helm is junk.

Nec head wouldnt be a bad temp but you should aim for +2pnb 30/20 def mods and +bs, 2 sockets would be nice too.
